Hours & Admission
We’re open for hands-on play and exploration during scheduled entry times.
Hours:
September to May : Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. *
June, July & August: Friday to Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.*
Holiday Hours:
We are open Vermont school vacation weeks from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.*
The Children’s Museum of the Northeast Kingdom is closed on major holidays so our staff and volunteers can spend time with their families. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
*Last admission is 3:30 p.m.
Admission:
• Adults: $8
• Children (ages 1–17): $4
• Children under 1: Free
• Family Admission: $20 (up to 6 people)
Timed entry helps us keep the museum comfortable and fun for everyone.
💚 Families using EBT, SNAP, or WIC receive half-price admission.

Help Us Build a Permanent Downtown Home
The Children’s Museum of the Northeast Kingdom is seeking a 10,000 square foot home in downtown St. Johnsbury. This space will allow us to expand exhibits, classrooms, and year-round programming for NEK families.
